The Birmingham Virtual Newsroom took a group to The Washington Post for media meetings. Our region’s image is a top priority for the Chamber’s Communications division. The Birmingham Virtual Newsroom was created to improve the image of the region. The staff develops and maintains relationships with key media contacts to promote the Chamber’s agenda as well as its profile in the community and enhances our region’s image throughout the world. The division handles the internal and external communications to inform its members through the monthly newsletter, bi-monthly e-newsletter and website.
