PCL, the region's only leadership program for upwardly mobile managers, is now entering its 19th year. PCL begins in October each year and runs through May. Most PCL graduates take with them improved managerial skills and a stronger appreciation and knowledge of the community in which they work and live. Using a unique issues-based curriculum, PCL facilitators teach students valuable communication and team building skills.
